We offer a variety of Vulcanized (Heat & Pressure) Rubber Molds and Silicone (Cold Molds) for you.

Vulcanized (Heat & Pressure) RTV Rubber Molds are made for you to replicate your original Metal designs without stones using a wax injector.
Vulcanized molds are made with Natural Latex sheets placed around your design and are subjected to heat and pressure. Then the molds are meticulously cut with key locks in place so molds fit together well.

Silicone (Cold Molds Clear) are made for you to replicate your original wax or metal designs without stones using a wax injector. Silicone Clear molds are made with 2 part silicone and have a chemical reaction when mixed. This type of mold can be used to mold a handcarved wax original design before casting(to protect your hard work carving) or can be created from anything. These mold material is more expensive and has a short shelf life. But is nice to inject because you can see the wax as it fills in the mold.
